Proof of Concept Objectives

  • Assess the ability of each provider to complete deployments on time and within budget.
  • Evaluate the efficiency and accuracy of pre-staging, configuration, and installation.
  • Compare the rate of change orders, as excessive changes had historically caused disruptions.
  • Determine which provider could best scale with the company’s long-term growth.

Scope & Execution

Mercury Tech Partners and the incumbent firm or team should be assigned identical regional deployment project criteria consisting of the following steps.

  1. Estimating project deliverables, timelines, and budget.
  2. Pre-staging and configuration of networking and end-user devices.
  3. Logistics and scheduling to ensure timely site rollouts.
  4. Installation and integration with minimal business disruption.
  5. Post-installation validation and testing.
